M/s Shriram General Insurance Company Limited, filed the present appeal assailing the order and decree dated 13.04.2012 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunaol - cum - Special Sessions Judge for Trial of S.Cs./S.Ts. (POA) Cases - Cum - Additional District Judge, Nalgonda in O.P.No.387 of 2011.

At the request of both the counsel, matter was referred to Lok Adalat. The appellant - Insurance Company, represented by its Manager, stated that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal. Recording the same, the Lok Adalat, organized by High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, passed award dated 14.07.2018 dismissing the appeal, confirming the impugned order.

The original of the award dated 14.07.2018, is made part of this order. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat dated 14.07.2018.
