HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.14840 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in conducting public auction in respect of the agricultural lands in question. 2.

While ordering notice before admission, this Court granted interim stay in favour of the petitioners. The 3rd respondent filed vacate stay petition, in which it is stated that as on the date of filing of the writ petition itself, the auction was conducted and the successful bidder was also put in possession and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
