ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in insisting the petitioners should conduct the business as a wholesale Fertilizer within East Godavari District only, as arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Fertilizer (control) order, 1985 by further declaring the G.O.Ms.No.288, dated 15-12-2009, as modified by G.O.Ms.No.297, dated 08-122011, as illegal to that extent, and to direct the respondents not to interfere with the business of the petitioners'
as wholesale Dealers in Fertilizers and to issue a consequential direction to the respondents not to restrict the area of the operation of the petitioners to the District of East Godavari only"
On 16.7.2015, there was no representation for the
petitioners. Therefore, the case was directed to be posted to today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, no one represented the petitioners. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
