HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 688 of 2017 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.38648 of 2016 in W.P.No.31230 of 2016 dated 17.09.2016.

In view of allowing of the Writ Petition No.31230 of 2016 after hearing the parties, no further proceedings in the present Contempt Case are warranted, as on the date of alleged violation of the order, the respondents filed a petition to vacate the interim order and the same is pending consideration.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications pending in this Contempt Case, if any, shall stand closed.
