HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11096 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Ellanthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, is not issuing him a pattadar pass book in relation to his agricultural land admeasuring Acs.2.00 guntas in Survey No.973/E of Gollapalle, H/o Repaka Village, Ellanthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, despite mutation being sanctioned in his favour.

Perusal of the record reflects that the Tahsildar, Ellanthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, issued proceedings dated 30.5.2017 effecting mutation in favour of the petitioner in relation to the subject land. Having done so, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Ellanthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, to refuse to issue a pattadar pass book to the petitioner in terms of Section 6-A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. The petitioner seems to have made a representation ventilating his grievance on 22.4.2019, but despite receipt of the same, the Tahsildar has not taken any action thereon. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Ellanthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's representation dated 22.4.2019, keeping in mind the mutation proceedings dated 30.5.2017. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
