HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25914 OF 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in G.O.Rt.No.1371, dated 22.08.2011 of the 1st respondent wherein the appeal filed by the 4th respondent is allowed setting aside the suspension order passed by the District Collector (PW), West Godavari.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj submits that now the term of 4th respondent is over and as such the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Since the petitioners are challenging the order of the Government revoking the suspension order passed against the 4th respondent, and since the term of the 4th respondent has already been over, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
