HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9918 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.4 to A.6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.200 of 2014 of Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the 1st respondent-State represented by the Public Prosecutor, before admission and before ordering any notice to the 2nd respondent and perused the material on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Prosecutor that in the above crime, the police concerned filed final report after completion of investigation and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences referred supra vide C.C.No.438 of 2015, therefore, the criminal petition may be closed.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this criminal petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition impugning the police final report and cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate with necessary material including Part-II C.D.
