THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION NO.29015 OF 2016 DATED:29-08-2016 Between:

Chakali Yellaiah and another ... Petitioners And The Hon'ble Lok Adalat Bench Junior Civil Judge, Chevella and others ... Respondents COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONERS: Mr. Akula Mahesh Kumar COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT: - THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

CVNR, J & GSP, J WP 29015/2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) The petitioners, who are third parties to a Lok Adalat case in which a compromise Award was passed between respondent No.2 on one side and the defendants in O.S. No.84 of 2014 on the other side, filed this writ petition, feeling aggrieved by the order of the Lok Adalat Bench, Junior Civil Judge, Chevella, granting Police aid in favour of respondent No.2 in pursuance of the Lok Adalat Award dt.30.12.2014. It is the pleaded case of the petitioners that in the guise of the Lok Adalat Award and the Police aid order, respondent No.2 is seeking to dispossess them. In our opinion, if respondent No.2 is seeking to misuse the Lok Adalat Award or the Police aid order, the petitioners are not helpless, in that, they are entitled to avail appropriate legal remedies to protect their right over the subject property being claimed by them. Subject to the liberty given to the petitioners as above, the writ petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.35921 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
