HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.9160 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 16.02.2018 passed in O.A.No.271 of 2018 by the A.P. Administrative Tribunl, Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by him under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been dismissed.

Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State has informed this Court that, vide Proceedings No.169/CS7/2016 dated 14.05.2018, subsistence allowance has been enhanced from 50% to 75% under the provisions of Fundamental Rule 53. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the aforesaid proceedings, the issue raised in the present petition does not survive and the petition has become infructuous. In that view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed being infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the petition, stand closed.
