THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.39106 OF 2015 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not releasing the amounts due to the petitioner for the lawful and legitimate supply of food to the patients, attendants, doctors and staff etc, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 01.10.2015 to the 3rd respondent and it is pending and a direction may be given to the 3rd respondent to consider the same forthwith. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the representation of the petitioner is pending, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 1.10.2015 of the petitioner in accordance with the procedure prescribed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
