This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking early disposal of Crl.M.P.No.7211 of 2018 in C.C.No.114 of 2015 on the file of the VI Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad,. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though the Crl.M.P.No.7211 of 2018 came to be filed in the month of October, 2018, till date no orders are passed in the above Crl.M.P. Hence, the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.7211 of 2018 at the earliest. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is allowed directing the VI Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.7211 of 2018 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
