When the matters are called, on instructions, Mr.G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3-Gram Panchayat, submits that pending the writ petition, a settlement has been arrived at and certain amounts have also been paid to the petitioners in terms of the same. Recording the said submission, the writ petitions are closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in these writ petitions shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
