This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.541 of 2012, against the petitioners, who are A2 to A5, on the file of the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 420, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mangalhat Police Station, Hyderabad City dated 01.10.2018 stating that the case ended in acquittal on 11.07.2017.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 30, 2018 DSK
