HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.16004 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent in not selecting the petitioners to the post of Junior Lineman even though there are vacancies in the reserved for schedule caste community and the petitioners belong to schedule caste community as arbitrary illegal and violation of the Article 14 of the Constitution of the India and contrary to the Procedure prescribed in the notification and consequently direct the respondents to select the petitioners to the post of Junior Lineman as per the marks obtained in I.T.I course and based on the merit in the vacancies reserved for the schedule caste community. 2.

When the matter was listed on 22.09.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. However to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal.

Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
