This appeal is filed by the Shriram General Insurance Company Limited, who is respondent No.2 in M.V.O.P. No.935 of 2011, challenging the impugned award dated 22.11.2012 passed in O.P. No.935 of 2011 by the III Additional Chief Judge-cumMotor Accidents Claims Tribunal, City Civil Court at Hyderabad. 2) At the instance of both the parties, the matter is settled before the Lok-Adalat and an award has been passed. Therefore the appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement arrived at by the parties as mentioned in the award. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
