When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed in W.P.M.P.No.2385 of 2008, there is no need to pass any final order in the writ petition, besides, the writ petitioner also expired four years back and therefore, the writ petition may be closed. Learned counsel for 1st respondent reported no objection. No representation for respondents 2 and 3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
