This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 05.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.764 of 2017 in O.S.No.39 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Avanigadda. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.
