This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not processing the applications of the petitioner-Institution to write 1st year D.Ed., Examinations for the academic year 2012-13 as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 22.9.2016. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of the fact that the matter is coming up under the caption 'For Dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
