ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 06.12.2014. Subsequently, disciplinary proceedings are concluded resulting in order of removal from service. Challenging the same, separate writ petition is filed.

2. In view of the subsequent order of removal from service, the writ petition becomes infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
