HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.R.P.NO.5500 OF 2003 ORDER:

This revision petition is preferred questioning the eviction order dated 04.09.2003 passed by the appellate authority in R.A.No.55 of 1999.

The revision petitioners herein are tenants of schedule premises. They filed C.R.P.M.P.No.1502 of 2016 to receive document i.e. certified copy of sale deed dated 18.12.2015 executed by the son of first respondent.

Advocate for revision petitioners submitted that by virtue of registered partition deed, dated 30.04.2005, this property fell to the share of executant-Sri Anil Kumar and the tenants purchased the property from said Anil Kumar through registered sale deed dated 18.12.2015 and in view of said purchase, relief of eviction has become infructuous, as the interest in the property is transferred in favour of tenants. He submitted by recording the same revision can be disposed of.

In view of the submission made by advocate for revision petitioners and the fact that property was purchased by tenants under sale deed dated 18.12.2015, revision petition is disposed of as requested.
