HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.14213 OF 2015 ORDER :

No representation for the petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on charge sheet being filed, the learned XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, has taken cognizance and assigned C.C.No.650 of 2016, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
