Admittedly, petitioners have alternate affective remedy against the impugned proceedings dated 22.01.2014 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the same I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to file appeal against the impugned proceedings. No order as to costs.
