It is the case of the petitioner that he filed appeal on 25.01.2018 against the termination orders dated 12.06.2014 issued by the 3rd respondent; and that the said appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by non disposal of the said appeal, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the appeal filed by the petitioner on 25.01.2018 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
