condition No.ii imposed upon petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crl.P.No.4059 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023 that "the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3 shall report before the Station House Officer, Vemulapally Police Station, Nalgonda District, on every Monday between 10.30 AM and 12.00 PM till filing of final report".

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been regularly attending before the police station as per the directions of this Court dated 28.04.2023. He further submitted that most of the investigation is completed and further attendance before the police station is unwarranted. Further he submitted that continuously attending before the concerned police station causing trouble to the petitioners.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reported that petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3 are scrupulously complying the directions of this Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the nature of offence, further attendance of petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3 before the concerned police station is unwarranted.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and the condition of attendance imposed by this Court upon petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crl.P.No.4059 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023, is dispensed with.
