HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1973 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner is aged 90 years and he is desirous that the disputes between his daughters and sons, which are involved in the suit in O.S.No.49 of 2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District are settled during his life time and seeks early disposal of the said suit. In view of above facts and circumstances, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, keeping in view the age of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the revision is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this revision miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
