HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9100 of 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 18 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.110 of 2017 on the file of Edlapadu Police Station, Edlapadu, Guntur District. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Criminal Petition. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioners as prayed for. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
