ORDER:

This Court disposed of the W.P.No.22327 of 2013, dated 05.12.2013, directing the District Collector, Kurnool, to pass orders on the proposal sent by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool, dated 28.06.2013, requesting the District Collector to delete land to an extent of Ac. 09.28 cents in Survey No.137/B of Nandikotkur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District, from the list of prohibited properties and to pass appropriate orders.

2. As averred in the counter affidavit filed in this contempt, in pursuant to the orders of this Court fresh proposals were submitted. The proposals were examined by the District Collector and the same were placed before the District Scrutiny Committee. The District Scrutiny Committee having found that it was erroneously included and treated the land as private patta land, expressed no objection for carrying on registrations in the Sub-Registrar's Office, Nandikotkur. In view of the said decision, the District Collector addressed letter, dated 30.12.2014, to the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, A.P., Hyderabad, to advise the District Registrar, Kurnool, and the Sub-Registrar, Nandikotkur Village, for denotification of the above land and for permitting transactions.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the said decision taken by the respondents.

4. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed. _________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J Date: 27th February, 2015 KL
