HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.1250 of 2017 ORDER:

Though the prayer of the petitioner in this revision is to set aside the ex parte order of injunction granted by the trial Court on 22-11-2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that it is enough if the trial Court is directed to dispose of the interlocutory application for injunction one way or the other within a time frame.

2. In view of the said request, the Revision is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the Interlocutory Application within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
