Hence, both the C.R.P. M.P. No.1182 of 2011 and Rev. C.R.P. M.P. (SR) No.30725 of 2010 stand dismissed as infructuous. In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Review C.R.P. M.P. (SR) No.30725 of 2010, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
