Shahamat Ali Khan Alias Shahamat Jah Bahadur v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.9529 OF 2018 ORDER:
1.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Forests (Telangana) for the fourth respondent. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner is intending to obtain mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds only to an extent of Acs.60.00 in Survey Nos.25 and 26 of Kancha Gachi Bowli, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, whereas, by mistake, the application was made to an extent of Acs.2610.00 though large extent of land was already taken possession by the Government. He, therefore, seeks leave to submit fresh application.
3.
Learned Government Pleader expressed doubt on genuineness of the claim of the petitioner and also apprehends that the subject lands may be forest lands. 4.
At this stage, as the counsel for the petitioner is only seeking leave to make a fresh application, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application in Form No.6-A through online web portal for granting of mutation as well as issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds with supporting documents. As and when such application is made, it is for the competent
authority to examine the claim with reference to the revenue records and take appropriate decision as warranted by law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
