This Writ Petition is filed seeking mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not allotting essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.33 of Edumudi Village of Naguluppalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that since the authorization of the petitioner was already suspended, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to take up appropriate proceedings against the order of suspension in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
