HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2908 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.88 of 2018 on the file of Tripuraram Police Station, Nalgonda District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 20.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tripuraram Police Station, Nalgonda District, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nidamanoor on 20.9.2019, vide CC.No.733 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
