HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1250 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order and decree dated 20.01.2012 in I.A.No.633 of 2011 in O.S.No.461 of 2002 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District. As per office note, O.S.No.461 of 2002 itself was dismissed on 02.06.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note and as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
