HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23112 OF 2016 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in proposing to issue proceedings for mutation of the name of the 4th respondent in the revenue records in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.359/AA/5, 362/A/2, 363/AA/3 and 372/2, admeasuring Ac.2.141⁄2 guntas, Ac.3.01 1⁄2 guntas, Ac.2.04 guntas and Ac.4.04 guntas, total extent of Ac.11.36 guntas, situated at Uddamari Village, Shameerpet Mandal, R.R.District, inspite of the objections submitted by the petitioner along with the relevant material dated 21.05.2016 pursuant to the Notice dated 07.05.2016 bearing No.B/361/2016, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to set aside the notice dated 07.05.2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the notice dated 07.05.2016 bearing No.B/361/2016, petitioners filed objections on 21.05.2016, but, without passing any orders on the same the respondents are trying to mutate the lands which are the subject matter of the impugned notice. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Since it is stated that the petitioners have already filed objections on 21.05.2016 to the notice dated 07.05.2016 bearing No.B/361/2016 issued by the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the objections if any filed by the petitioners and take further action in accordance with law after issuing notice
to the affected parties.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
