This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.235 of 2017 of Nereducherla Police Station, Suryapet District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 306, 323 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A3, A5 and A6.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the case is closed due to suicidal death of the deceased and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
