Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent called absent. No representation. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that owing to bifurcation of the High Court with effect from 01.01.2019, the petitioner may have to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court for availing the remedies available in law, and therefore prayed to dismiss the transfer petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available in accordance with law. In view of the submission made, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Transfer CMP, shall stand closed.
