It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned standing counsel for the respondent Transport Corporation representing the respondents that the orders of this Court have been complied.

Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed and the respondents stand discharged. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
