Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.2 of Cr.No.90 of 2017 of Chillakur Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 34(A) of the A.P.Exicse Act, and also the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State. Perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and other material on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that originally the petitioner was not arrayed but subsequently taking advantage of he is the licensed owner of the premises in question. Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. The investigation shall go on from nothing to interdict the investigation but the petitioner shall not be arrested pending investigation. Further grievance of the petitioner if at all is left open. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
