This writ petition is filed praying to declare the action of the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Charla mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District that he is undertaking the exercise of granting of pattadar pass books and title deeds. According to petitioner, he is the owner of land to an extent of Ac.13-05 cents in Sy.Nos.1/7, 10/1, 11/3, 11/5, 13/1, 17/4, 48/5 of Kudunuru (Z) Village of Charla Mandal. Alleging interference with the possession and enjoyment, petitioner filed O.S.No.111/2017 pending on the file of SubDivisional Magistrate, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam and the Court granted injunction order in I.A.No.106/2017. The unofficial respondent No.6 also filed O.S.No.591 of 2016 and the same is also pending in the same Court.

While so, petitioner alleges that on 14.12.2017 the Tahsildar, displayed on the notice board calling for objections on the claim of the 6th respondent to issue pattadar pass book. Petitioner contends that such action of the Tahsildar is not valid and that no personal notice was served on him and displaying on the notice board is illegal. Specific assertions are made in paragraph No.6 in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. 3.

Apparently, only oral submissions are made before the Tahsildar. But no written submissions are filed. Since petitioner has now come to know about the notice a copy of which is filed in the material paper book, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all objections, as available in law, including the pending suits and

- 3 - the injunction orders granted by the competent Court. If such objections are filed within two (2) weeks from today, the Tahsildar shall consider the same before taking a decision in accordance with law on the application made by the 6th respondent to grant pattadar pass book, after affording due opportunity to the respective parties.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
