This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Order, dated 12-02-2016, in OA.No.416 of and notice in CCLA's Ref.

No.Ser.II(1)/789/2014, dated 29-01-2016, of respondent No.2.

At the hearing, Mr.V.Ravichandran, learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon realising that his client has already secured the same relief, which was claimed in OA.No.416 of 2016, in the previous OA viz., OA.No.4194 of 2015 itself, has requested for permission to his client to withdraw this Writ Petition as well as OA.No.416 of 2016 to enable him to seek enforcement of the order in OA.No.4194 of 2015.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and both OA No.416 of 2016 and this Writ Petition are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.6822 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) _______________
