HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.5734 of 2017, 1518, 3482, 3498 and 8299 of 2018 COMMON ORDER :

These Criminal Petitions were filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in crimes registered against the petitioners under various provisions of law. While so, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, informs this Court that charge sheets have already been laid in all these cases before the competent Courts and the cases have either been numbered or the number is awaited.

2. In that view of the matter, these cases do not survive for adjudication on merits, as framed, and it is for the petitioners to take appropriate measures if they are aggrieved by the later development in the form of filing of charge sheets against them before the competent Courts. Leaving it open to the petitioners to do so, these Criminal Petitions are dismissed. Pending Interlocutory Applications in these cases shall also stand dismissed.
