THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.9285 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that earlier the petitioners herein approached the respondents with a representation but the respondents are not taking any action as per Circular Instructions of the Office of the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Telangana, Hyderabad, vide CCS Ref.No.PI(1)/1505/2017, dated 01.04.2018. But there is no evidence on record to show that there is any representation in writing to the respondents.

Therefore, having heard the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the writ petitioners to submit an appropriate representation for redressal of their grievance to the respondents 2 and 3 for their consideration, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If any such representation is made by the petitioners, the respondents are directed to dispose of the said representation, strictly in accordance with the Circular Instructions of the Office of the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Telangana, Hyderabad, vide CCS Ref.No.PI(1)/1505/2017, dated 01.04.2018, as expeditiously

as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
