THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.996 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 14.02.2017 in I.A.No.9 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.76 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad.

Heard both the counsel.

The trial Court directed the respondents 2 and 3 herein to withhold 1/ 3rd of the terminal benefits of the petitioner. Both counsel with one voice submitted that respondents 2 and 3 may be directed to deposit 1/ 3rd amount of the terminal benefits of the petitioner in any nationalized bank subject to result of F.C.O.P.No.76 of 2016.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Respondents 2 and 3 are hereby directed to deposit 1/ 3rd amount of the terminal benefits of the petitioner in any nationalized bank subject to result of FCOP No.76 of 2016.

With the above direction, CRP is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 20th April, 2017.
