Heard Mr.T.V.Jaggi Reddy for petitioner, the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.Ravi Cheemalapati for 5th respondent.

The petitioner aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in considering and disposing of representation dated 17.02.2017 filed the present writ petition.

Mr.Ravi Cheemalapati filed counter affidavit denying the allegations made by the petitioner. However, it is stated that vacant puntha land is available in R.S.No.26/ B and there is a proposal to allot Ac.0-03 cents for anganwadi building. The Assistant Government Pleader in spite of efforts could not get instructions on the stage of consideration of representation dated 17.02.2017 but seeks further time.

This Court is of the view that instead of granting further time, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 17.02.2017, by enclosing a copy of this order, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The respondents are directed to consider and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
