The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to discharge the Special Officers in respect of Six educational institutions namely, 1) ABM Junior College, Ongole, Prakasam District, 2) HCM Junior College (HS), Ongole, Prakasam District, 3) ABM Degree College, Ongole, Prakasam District, 4) Hird Junior College, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, 5) Coles Memorial Junior College, Kurnool and 6) STBC Degree College, Kurnool in the light of the Judgment and decree dated 28.04.2006 in A.S.No.55/1999 on the file of the Court of III Additional District Judge, Nellore confirming the judgment and decree dated 16.6.1999 passed in O.S.No.

118/1999 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Nellore granting perpetual injunction against the 4th respondent restraining him from interfering with the affairs of petitioner society and in the light of the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 24.1.1994 passed in W.A.No.61/1994 directing the parties to abide by the result of civil suits and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

It appears that the petitioner submitted representation dated 14.12.2015 ventilating its grievance in the light of the judgments passed by the competent civil Courts, implementation of which is presently sought. As the said representation is yet to receive the attention of the authorities concerned, this Court sees no reason to entertain this writ petition for adjudication on merits. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the authorities concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2015 in the light of the judgments cited therein and take appropriate action in the matter, in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Date:12.04.2016 GJ
