HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1571 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage the following order is passed.

Having regard to the submission of learned Public Prosecutor that investigation is on the way, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, the police of Proddutur I Town PS are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused in FIR No.13 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
