HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3647 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2009, aggrieved by order dated 14.08.2015, passed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, allowing the application in I.A.No.1273 of 2012 filed by respondents 1 to 6 herein, for their impleadment as defendants in the suit.

Having heard learned counsel for petitioner, I have also perused the material on record.

As averred in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioners in I.A.No.1273 of 2012 are claiming direct interest in the property, which is subject matter in O.S.No.18 of 2009. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the trial Court has rightly allowed the application for impleadment.

For the aforesaid reasons, this revision is devoid of merit and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
