This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to declare the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the impugned auction notice dated 25.01.2016 seeking to conduct the auction of fishery rights in the "Vuru Cheruvu" tank which is vested with the 4th Respondent village as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Articles of 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the provisions of The A.P.Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 and G.O.Ms.No.343, Panchayat Raj (SAH.1) Department dated 10.04.1978 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to collect the upset price amount from the Petitioner Society as fixed by the 2nd Respondent vide L.P.No. /2015 dated 09.11.2015."

Annexure - I is thoroughly incomplete. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper Annexure - I.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.3768 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
