This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC) at Kothagudem to dispose of A.S.No.10 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the appellate Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC) at Kothagudem is hereby directed to dispose of A.S.No.10 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
