On earlier occasion i.e., on 04.04.2016, none appeared for the petitioner. Today, when the matter is listed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the clients/petitioners have taken away the papers and he has no instructions to appear in the matter. Since no other counsel appeared to argue the matter, this Court is constrained to dismiss the case for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
